Nick Delios, ex private eye and now a governmental secret agent, when accused of attempted murder against Annita Argyriou, the President of the powerful Detronics S.A., he realizes that someone has framed him. In his effort to find the truth he will find himself in the middle of multiple conspiracy networks existing throughout the Peripheral Galactic Alliance, threatening even its own existence.

When I start Conspiracies II - Lethal Networks I can see a Black Square window opening or an error message and then it closes right back and dissapears.The game does not start.
There are 2 things that could be happening in your PC.
a) DirectX is not installed properly or not installed at all.
Solution : In this case install DirectX provided with Conspiracies II - Lethal Networks original DVD ROMs
b) Your graphics card cannot support DirectX 9.1 or 10 and above due to driver lack or due to small amount of Video memory
Solution : Change the graphics card (notice that Conspiracies II - Lethal Networks need at least a 128 Mb of Video Ram).
c) The Drivers of your graphics card are not updated and cannot perform under DirectX9.1a and above.
Solution : Please try download and install the latest drivers of your Graphics Card from the Graphics Card manufacturer.
d) PhysX is not properly installed, or not installed at all.
